Villa Chata is two-story, beachfront estate on San Pancho, Riviera Nayarit beach. situated in Las Olas, a gated, private community just a short walk to the village of San Pancho. Villa Chata hosts six en suite bedrooms total, which includes two private, detached en suite rooms, a pool and tropical gardens. The detached king en suite bedroom is nicely tucked away in the garden area. Entering the main home, one finds the fully equipped kitchen with sub-zero fridge and combined dining/living room area which all open out to the grand, beachfront, pool terrace with outdoor dining, chaise lounges and an outdoor kitchen and BBQ area.
