Located in La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, between the ocean, the marina, and the Sierra Madre mountains, just 30 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta, and within walking distance to beach clubs, restaurants, and daily essentials, this boutique preconstruction project offers a rare balance of calm, design, and connectivity. Designed by internationally published Mexican architecture firm Herchell Arquitectos. The land itself offers ocean and marina views even at ground level, allowing the horizon to be part of the experience from the very first level. A rooftop pool and curated social spaces extend daily life upward, designed for connection, views, and unhurried moments. The residences offers natural light, well-proportioned living spaces, and ocean views.
