This seller has refused to answer to any showing requests so I am unable to accommodate any requests to see it the property. Per AMPI and my contract she is obligated to abide by our listing contract. The listing agreement expires on May 1, 2026. She refuses to provide a letter of cancellation in writing or the cost of the photos outlined in the listing agreement. I am keeping the listing active as she has done this same thing to 5 previous agents. She doses have a ”For Sale By Owner” sign on her property with a total violation to our listing agreement.
